On November 25th at 6:00 p.m. look towards the skies near Viera High School for the first firework to signal the start of the official holiday season. The 5th Annual Light Up Viera holiday parade will begin its 2.7 mile journey through the streets of Viera with professionally decorated floats, marching bands, walking characters and Santa Claus on his sleigh. Find your spot along the route early to enjoy the holiday-themed entertainment and various food vendors.
Weekend Timeline:
- 4:30 p.m.: Park at designated locations and find your spot along the route.
- 5:00 p.m.: Enjoy the holiday street party with friends and family. Entertainment, character meet & greets, photo-ops and food vendors.
- 6:00 p.m.: Look toward the sky for the 8 min firework show.
- 6:10 p.m.: Light Up Viera holiday parade begins and the route will make a loop from Viera High School to Veterans Way, then north/west along Breslay Dr. to Tavistock Drive, then it will make a right onto Viera Blvd. and finally turn right on Stadium Parkway to make its way back to Viera High School.
